Failure phenomenon: can not communicate with the host computer
Fault analysis: according to the detected fault phenomenon, the PLC is connected to the computer communication, found that the RUN/STOP switch when there is no response, open the machine shell out CPU circuit board specially for detection of RUN /STOP switch, found the element for a long time has often toggle damaged, then help the customer for a new RUN/STOP switch. Toggle switch has returned to normal again, to communicate with the computer, or to communicate again, measuring communication port peripheral circuit found a 100R resistance and IC with bad communication. After the program is downloaded to the PLC, the PLC normal. After the customer back to the machine test everything is normal.
