Fault phenomenon: no action of the input signal
Fault analysis: according to the problem will provide PLC power supply is switched on, with a multimeter measuring COM, X010, X011 and X006 to DC0V (normal voltage should be DC24V), and the rest of arbitrary input normal, indicating circuit peripheral circuit the input point of photocupler,. Open the shell, X010, detection of X006 R6 and R10 X011 is connected in the circuit and R11 values of 3.3K. (1/2W) the resistance has been burnt, respectively, this resistance after the replacement, to point measurement, X006, X010, X011 and the COM side has DC24V, X006, X010, X011 respectively and COM short circuit to observe the corresponding input indicator has been bright, through experimental procedures after detection of normal PLC.
